چکیده

Die von mehreren Autoren nach Einwirkung von Röntgenstrahlen (ca. 25 kr) und H20 2 auf Suspen­ sionen von Ascites-Tumorzellen gefundene Hem­ mung der aeroben und anaeroben Glykolyse31,32 wird von diesen auf den gleichzeitig beobachtbaren Rückgang in der stationären DPN®-Konzentration zurückgeführt. Diese Vorgänge haben vielleicht auch neben dem Kaliumverlust eine Bedeutung für die nach Bestrahlung von normalem Gewebe mit 65 kr und mehr beobachtbare Veränderung des Stoffwech­ sels während der erwähnten 2. Phase. Die Steige­ rung des Stoffwechsels und der Anstieg des Qqo^IQo '̂ Verhältnisses über eins während der 1 . Phase kann jedoch hierdurch nicht erklärt werden. Auf Grund der vorliegenden Ergebnisse muß man vielmehr an­ nehmen, daß die beobachtbaren Veränderungen im Zellstoffwechsel nach Bestrahlung von normalem Gewebe primär durch die Veränderungen im K-Haushalt gesteuert werden.
